9 IRON
Horror · In Development
It's the eve of a major golf tournament and a mad killer stalks the grounds of Greenwood Hills Country Club. As more victims disappear, the newly minted club president won't let the gruesome evidence stop him from having his tournament. A young seasonal worker, Mallory, begins to suspect foul play and resolves to investigate—little knowing that she could be next on the killer's scorecard. A slasher set on the links, 9 Iron presents a world of leisure turned nightmare, where the killer could be anyone—from a lowly caddy to an unhinged country club member—and no bunker, fairway, or tee box is safe.

ROOM FOR THE NIGHT
Horror · In Development
An all-girl psych band, Refuser, is in the midst of a long, aimless tour of small towns in the prairies, playing to hostile crowds. The tour was the idea of Leila, the lead singer, but her bandmates, Brandy and Carmen, are on the verge of calling it quits. One night after a gig, Leila hears a local legend about a cursed country-and-western song and the mysterious disappearance of the woman who sang it. Hoping it will give her inspiration, Leila decides to pursue the legend, driving the band deep into prairie back roads in search of the abandoned studio where the song was recorded. There they encounter the boy’s father, Blaine Ponder, a haunted, broken-down man who seems to harbour terrible family secrets. Investigating that night, the girls stumble upon a recording studio hidden underneath the motel, revealing that Blaine is a former music producer, and his wife, Connie, was the country singer who disappeared. Leila wants the whole truth to come out, but little does she know that the band’s presence at the motel has unleashed a long-dormant curse—one that damned Connie to hell and now threatens to pull the girls down with her…
